Max strength and explosive Phase

Phase 1: Max strength and ploymertics ( 2 Weeks) This phase will focus primarily on a Full-Body routine by doing a lot of heavy weights training. During this phase, we will work on developing as much muscular strength as possible so the athlete can win every 50%50 as possible and over match your opponents. Phase 2: Power Training (2 Weeks) This final phase focuses on transfer gains made from previous phases to the game. The program is broken down into complexes, in which athletes will keep performing strength training but will add power movement to become more powerful and explosive player. During this final phase, we will take the training to the field while focusing on speed and agility to get the athlete the speed needed before the new season starts. Contact Amir for more details.
