Preparation Strength Phase

Service Description

Phase 1: Stability and Endurance training (2 Weeks) The first phase of the camp will be primarily focused on body weight and core Stability exercises. The main goal is to improve the flexibility, core strength, balance, and eliminate imbalances. Phase 2: General Strength training (2 Weeks) The second phase of the camp will focus primary on hypertrophy by challenging the athlete stabilization, and pushing them to increase strength and muscular endurance. During this phase, we will build as much muscles as possible by focusing on adding lean muscle and reduce body fat. The goal is to make the athlete stronger which will allow them to tackle harder, and overpower the opponents. Contact Amir for more details.
